MAJOR RECENT PROJECT
FLIP HOUSE BATHROOM
I recently renovated my rental property to sell located in Beechview, Pa. the entire home needed tlc before listing its sale, and of course the room that needed a makeover was the full bathroom. since the home was originally built in 1910, my wife and i wanted to maintain a vintage (but updated!) style to the bathroom. we went with a spa green 6x6 square tile with a small square mosaic border. this was our first try with gold fixtures, and we were very impressed with the overall look and outcome. a clean, white retro-style tile floor finished the space off, keeping the space light but colorful.
